Rope Access is recognised as a safe, cost effective method of working in areas that are inaccessible and where scaffolding would normally be used. By utilising modern rope access systems, costs, disruption and manning levels can be dramatically reduced providing a more efficient installation method.

As an IRATA accredited member, we supply fully competent and qualified technicians and have considerable experience on implementing scopes within the various Oil & Gas sectors. Our competency programme is provided for all our IRATA qualified Level 1,2 & 3 rope access technicians and project co-ordinators, and this has been audited by the HSE and numerous clients.

With the extensive skill sets of our technicians, it is also possible for them to carry out many other tasks while on the asset, further reducing
the requirement for additional teams or down time.

Examples of non-electrical rope access tasks carried out:

  • ERT support for working at height rescue planning and execution
  • Rigging & Lifting
  • Flange Torqueing
  • Spring Hanger installation, inspection and maintenance
  • Potential dropped object surveys
  • Small bore pipe work inspections
  • Production support for valve closure etc
