Abseiling in support of Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland

Our Aberdeen branch were approached in 2022 to see if any employees were brave enough to abseil down the Northern Lights Tower in Aberdeen in support of Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland. Six of our employees showed real courage and stepped up to the challenge raising an amazing £1,201 for the cause!

Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland is an organisation created "by parents; for parents and their children". It was founded in 1965 and has been a place to speak-up for the needs of their children who have varying degrees of disability. It aims to support all those affected to identify their needs and to empower them to make informed choices and decision. Also, it hopes to increase public awareness and understanding of individuals with spina bifida and / or hydrocephalus.

Huge well done to everyone who participated!

Shannon Lafferty, Michael Fyffe, Jordan McHattie, Gemma McIver, Chris Kirkland and Hazel Mauchline
